A Practice Room for the Toughest Conversations

Most managers are promoted because they were great individual contributors — but leading people is a completely different skill set.
Suddenly they’re expected to:

I’ve seen countless good leaders lose confidence because they simply didn’t know what to say or how to say it.

That’s why I created Convara.

Convara gives managers a safe, private, judgment-free practice space to rehearse tough conversations before they have them in real life — so they’re calm, prepared, and effective when it matters most.

What Convara is not

Convara is NOT legal advice.
Convara is NOT HR policy guidance.
Convara is NOT a replacement for escalation.

If a situation is risky or a manager steps outside their lane, Convara will redirect them to HR or leadership — just like a well-trained manager should.

  • Pick a tone.

Step 2 — Observe the experience

  • Does the conversation feel natural?

  • Does the tone stay aligned?

  • Do you feel guided — not judged?

  • Do you feel more confident?

Step 3 — Share your honest feedback

  • What worked well?

  • What needs adjustment?

  • What surprised you?

  • What confused you?

Your insight will help us create a tool that genuinely supports managers where they need it most.

As you move through Convara, please pay attention to:

Do the responses make sense?

✔ Emotional Tone

Does the tone stay aligned with what you selected?

✔ Coaching Flow

Does Convara keep things behavior-based?
Does it redirect you if needed?

✔ Red Flags

Does it stop correctly when a situation requires HR or leadership?

✔ Manager Confidence

Most important of all:
Do you feel more prepared for the real conversation?
