I’m Michele Trotter, founder of Thrive HR, and I help small business owners and leaders do both — with clarity, confidence, and care.

With over 25 years of multi-state HR experience, I’ve worked alongside business owners, executives, and frontline leaders who are trying to do the right thing for their people while navigating compliance, growth, and constant change. What I’ve learned is this: most leaders aren’t struggling because they don’t care — they’re struggling because they’re under-supported.
