Michele Trotter is the founder and CEO of Thrive HR, LLC, a Texas-based HR consulting firm supporting small businesses across the U.S.

With over 25 years of multi-state HR experience, I’ve supported organizations across healthcare, wellness, service-based businesses, and growing small companies. My background spans HR compliance, employee relations, leadership development, and people strategy.

I founded Thrive HR because I saw too many capable leaders carrying people problems alone — unsure what to say, worried about compliance, and stretched thin by responsibilities that weren’t part of their original role.
